Ministry Highlights: 2020 Fore the World Golf Tournament

Monday was a beautiful day for our annual Fore the World Golf Tournament for the Family Mission Team. Eighty-nine golfers participated in the tournament and the money raised will help the team with our next mission partner, Hope Church, in Brunswick, Maine. In addition to raising money for missions, the tournament allows for a wonderful time of intergenerational fellowship. We raised over $10,000 for our team this year.
For three years, we were able to partner with Trailhead Church in Wellington, Colorado. Since we started partnering with John and his team, Trailhead has been able to purchase a larger building which includes an Early Learning Center as well as much needed additional space for worship and community activities. Please pray that building permits will be approved so that they can finish their worship space.
In addition to our golf tournament, portions of our VBS mission offering went to help Hope Church and Trailhead Church’s Hope Learning Center.
I am thankful for the generosity of our church family and look forward to sharing about how God is using us to help churches make a difference for Christ.
