Have you met Ed Wells? Ed is our new Youth Ministry Student Intern! He has many responsibilities in his new role, including leading youth Bible studies & fulfilling administrative needs. We hope you'll get to know him a little better through this latest "Meet Our New Member" blog, and that you'll have the chance to connect with him one Sunday in worship.
Where do you work or go to school? I am a junior at UAB studying Business Management.
What led you to Mountain Brook Baptist Church? I have been a lifelong member of MBBC!
What is your favorite Bible story or verse, and/or your favorite hymn or praise song? My favorite passage out of the Bible is John 1:45-46. My favorite hymn is "Come Ye Sinners."
What are some of your hobbies and interests? I love to be outside, and I love music! I played trombone all through high school, and even into my first year of college. I also play bass. I am also an Eagle Scout, so I have spent lots of time in the outdoors!
What is a fun fact other people may not know about you? A fun fact about me is that my favorite color is safety orange.
