Each fall, we nominate leaders in our congregation to serve as Deacons, Life Deacons, Trustees, and on the Missions and Maintenance Committees.

Please view the PDF below with information about making nominations and to submit a hard copy of your leadership nominations. If you would like to submit your nominations online, complete the form below. Nominations are due no later than 12 p.m. on Monday, September 11.
