Have you met the Wann family? Grace and Chipp Wann, along with their children William, Grace, and Katherine, joined on Sunday, March 10. We hope you'll get to know them a little better through this latest "Meet Our New Member" blog, and that you'll have the chance to connect with them one Sunday in worship.
Tell us about your family. We have been married for 31 years and we have three children: Grace (26), William (24), and Katherine (18).
Where do you work? Grace: Grace: I am a homemaker. Chip: I work at Royal Cup, Inc.
What led you to Mountain Brook Baptist Church? Grace: Wayne’s sermons really spoke to our hearts and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home the moment we walked in the door! Chip: We visited and felt welcomed and connected with Wayne Splawn.
What is your favorite Bible story or verse, and/or your favorite hymn or praise song?
Grace: Proverbs 3:5-6 and "Crown Him with Many Crowns"; Chip: Jeremiah 29:11 and "All Creatures of our God and King"
What are some of your hobbies and interests? Grace: Cooking, being with my family; Chip: Being outside and golf
What is a fun fact other people may not know about you? Grace: I've never broken a bone.
