Have you met Rachael & Ben Thomas? They joined our church on April 13, 2025. We hope you'll get to know them a little better through this latest "Meet Our New Member" blog, and that you'll have the chance to connect with them one Sunday in worship.
Tell us about your family. We are married and we have two dogs, Lucas and Tito.
Where do you work? Rachael: Supervisory Principal at Cetera Wealth Services; Ben: Adams and Reese, LLC
What led you to Mountain Brook Baptist Church? Rachael: Some wonderful friends invited us! Ben: We were looking for a bible centered church.
What is your favorite hymn? "Amazing Grace"
What are some of your hobbies and interests? Rachael: Reading, exercising, cooking with my husband, hiking. I’m also involved in the local recovery community. Ben: Golf, yard work, fishing.
What is a fun fact other people may not know about you? Rachael: I grew up in Youngstown, OH, and went to The Ohio State University. Ben: I have Dutch thumbs.
