Meet Our New Members: Allison & Will Davis

Have you met the Allison & Will Davis? Allison & Will joined our church on Sunday, July 9. We hope you'll get to know them a little better through this latest "Meet Our New Member" blog, and that you'll have the chance to connect with them one Sunday in worship.
Tell us about your family. We have a seven-month-old son, George, and a black lab, Duke.
Where do you work or go to school? Allison is an OBGYN at UAB, and Will is in his final year of Orthopedic Surgery residency at UAB.
What led you to Mountain Brook Baptist Church? Allison's brother and sister-in-law, Luke and Haley Montgomery, invited us to start visiting. We have also been incredibly fortunate to have George in the Early Learning Center, which has been so warm and welcoming.
What is your favorite Bible story or verse, and/or your favorite hymn or praise song? Favorite hymn is "Come Though Fount," which was played during our wedding.
What are some of your hobbies and interests? Traveling, hiking, fly fishing
What is a fun fact other people may not know about you?
We love the outdoors and have traveled to all "Big 5" national parks in Utah and Yellowstone in the last 2 years.
