Have you met Scott Britton? Scott recently joined our church and was baptized on Sunday, June 18. We hope you'll get to know him a little better through this latest "Meet Our New Member" blog, and that you'll have the chance to connect with him one Sunday in worship. 

Tell us about your family. I am married to Colee Harkins Britton. 

Where do you work? Altec Capital Services 

What led you to Mountain Brook Baptist Church? My wife, Colee, and her family are members here. 

What is your favorite worship song? My favorite worship song is "Here I Surrender." 

What are some of your hobbies and interests? I love listening to and playing music, playing recreational sports, going to Auburn athletic events and Braves games, and hanging out with friends. 

What is a fun fact other people may not know about you? My great-aunt and great-uncle were Margaret and Ruel Russell, who were long-time members of the church, and they gave a gift to the church to fund the stained glass windows in the Chapel in honor of their parents.
