Welcome to our website at Mountain Brook Baptist Church! We’re glad you found us and invite you to look around to learn more about us. We are a people who aim to “love God and live with grace and generosity.” Every page on this website will help you to know how we sense God’s leading in going about that mission as well as ways you can connect with us. Sunday Morning

Sunday Morning Bible Study- 9:15 am

We offer Sunday Morning Bible Study classes for every age and stage of life. To find a full listing of Sunday Morning Bible Studies, click here.

Traditional Worship - 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary

Our Traditional Service meets in the Sanctuary. To access the Sanctuary, you may enter the doors located on the Montevallo Road main entrance or through the doors located under the covered entrance at the top of the hill on Overbook Road. 

Contemporary Worship Service - 10:30 am in Heritage Hall

Our Contemporary Service takes place in Heritage Hall. To access Heritage Hall, park in the parking lot located on the Overbook Road side of our campus and enter through the doors located near the covered pull through.

Wednesday Night

Dinner - 5-6 p.m.

Please join us for dinner (adults $7, children $3), adult Bible Study or small group and Music and Missions for children.

Women's Life Group - 6 p.m.

Are you longing for spiritual friendship? Do you want to be more intentional in your walk with the Lord? Have you often wondered how other women pursue Christ? Do you want to be mentored or want to mentor, but don't know where to start? Come join us!

Adult Bible Study - 6-6:45 p.m.

Each week we will offer an inter-generational, co-ed Bible study in Heritage Hall. These studies will be led by one of our ministers. 

Sanctuary Choir Rehearsal - 7-8 p.m.

The Sanctuary Choir is a wonderful group of dedicated volunteers who sing for God’s glory. While it is not necessary to be able to read music to be in the choir, having a good ear and pitch matching skills are a great help.

Children's Childcare - 6-6:45 p.m.

Childcare is available for children under 2 years of age from 6-6:45 p.m. in room 255.

Kids Missions Education - 5:30-6:15 p.m.

Our missions education program helps children learn about the importance of being a part of God’s work of making Jesus Christ known in the world. The theme for this year is “My Life.” Children will learn that they can be a missionary wherever God puts them. Click here to learn more.

Children’s Choir Rehearsals - 6:15-7 p.m.

From the earliest class of 3’s to the 6th grade, we take the time to teach music reading skills, play musical games together, and learn music to present as part of God’s worship several times throughout the year. Click here to learn more.
