Drop-In Care is available to church members, parents of children in the ELC, and if space is available to the community. Children between the ages of two months and four years may attend. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis with priority to church members.
Drop-In Care will be provided Monday-Friday hourly or daily depending on the childcare need.

Program Hours & Fees
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Fees: $12 an hour/$60 per day for each child attending
Please Note, A $1 late fee per minute will be applied after 2 p.m.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a registration form and the non-refundable payment of the daily fee. Reservations can be made 1 week in advance and up to 24 hours before care is needed.
How Do I Reserve a Spot?
A reservation can be made by calling 803-3486 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to Johanna Kantor.
For a first time reservation: Please print and bring with you a completed registration form along with a current Blue Form from your child's pediatrician.
Illness & Medication
Children who are ill will not be allowed to stay. Children who become ill will need to be picked up within 30 minutes of parent being contacted. Medicine cannot be given to children while in our care. Please do not send medication mixed in bottles or food.
Parents of children with food allergies should indicate this on the registration form. It is the parent’s responsibility to be aware of the morning snack that is served and send a suitable replacement if needed. *Foods containing peanuts or peanut oil will not be served. In addition, the following food items are not allowed: popcorn, peanuts, gum, hard candy, carbonated drinks.
*If you send grapes, they should be cut in half; hot dogs must be cut long ways, then diced.
Items Parents Should Supply
- A current Blue Form from child's pediatrician
- Change of clothes
- Premix bottles of formula and/or baby food.
- A nutritious, ready-to-eat lunch should be sent daily for children who will be staying until or beyond 11 a.m. Refrigeration and heating are not available for lunches.
